Your private information cannot be accessed from TuitionChoice
because our
process doesn't store it.
A loan application contains private information, so TuitionChoice employs
a downloaded desktop program for creating and managing that information with the
highest degree of information security.
In our process, borrowers create loan
applications on their own computer and submit an encrypted document to multiple
lenders through a TuitionChoice routing service. That service securely transmits
applications to lenders without databasing them, so your personal information has
the ultimate security with us, it's encrypted throughout the process and
TuitionChoice doesn't store it in any database.
The TuitionChoice Desktop application is provided through the Kore Innovations
Appreter™. The Appreter™ is a generic program like a web browser, but it is far more
powerful.
It renders full
featured desktop applications that function like installed software.
The Appreter™ is a proprietary and secure technology that has none of the constraints of
web browsers, as well as none of their security vulnerabilities. Only licensed
Kore Environment™ servers can provide applications to the Kore Appreter™, and all
Kore Environment™ applications can be tracked to their source.
The Appreter™
provides the ability for TuitionChoice to add features and functionality that
can run privately on your desktop. These features will only run within the Appreter™,
will be completely under your control, and can be silently installed by simply
directing the Appreter™ to TuitionChoice servers.
Through the Kore Appreter™, TuitionChoice can provide a premium level of
security for your private information, and continue to enhance and improve
the services that we offer over time.
